LOSE WEIGHT IN SEVEN DAYS

Wanna lose your weight? Try the following chart. But before following this chart, please read the CAUTION first.

This diet is called the General Motor Diet (GM Diet). Johns Hopkins Research Center has developed this chart by the funding of US Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Jointly.

Day 1: Any fruit or fruit juice (except banana)

Day 2: Vegetable soup (as much as you want), boiled or fried with low oil.

Day 3: Any fruit (except banana) + Any vegetable (except potato)

Day 4: Eight (8) banana + three (3) glass of milk + one (1) cup vegetable soup

Day 5: Only one cup rice + six (6) tomato (in a day)

Day 6: Only one cup rice + Vegetable (in a day)

Day 7: One cup rice + vegetable/juice

Drink ten (10) glasses of water. And also you can have Wonder Soup (recipe given below) as mus as you want.

Wonder Soup Recipe:
Three Glasses of water + six onion + three green chilly + three tomato + one Cabbage

After these seven days, increase the amount of food slowly and do exercises. Otherwise the lost weight will gain again. The minimum gap between applying this diet should be seven days.

Caution:
Losing weight so fast is called Crash Diet. Crash Diet has bad side effect on health. By following this chart, you will be able to decrease for the first time, but after that remember to go back to normal diet charts so that you can hold the decreased weight. A healthy lifestyle is a must for everyone, but this chart is not a healthy chart to be followed for long time.
